Job Location: Memphis, TN
Job Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE
Requirements:
1.) 5+ years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
2.) 1+ years Supervisory experience (growth role to become a Maintenance Supervisor)
3.) Ability to have a flexible schedule (mobility between 1st and 2nd shifts, periodic weekend work on major projects)
4.) Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
5.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
- Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
- Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise maintenance staff
