Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in overseeing construction projects, specifically in the multi-family housing sector. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various project activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines
Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
Help manage project budgets and resource allocation
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts as they arise
Support the development and maintenance of project documentation and records

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in project management, preferably in multi-family construction
Familiarity with stick frame construction methods
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
