We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to represent clients in the areas of First Party, Commercial Property, Breach Of Contract, UM/UIM, Construction Defect, and apportionment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to clients, as well as appearing in court on their behalf. In addition, they will be expected to manage the litigation process from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, arguing motions, settling cases, and taking cases to trial.
The Insurance Defense Attorney will provide legal representation for clients in a range of insurance related cases. They will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, appearing in court on their behalf, and managing the litigation process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with opposing counsel.
