An established NYC-based law firm with over 75 years of history is seeking a Senior Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team. This position is ideal for an attorney with extensive experience representing sophisticated clients in complex real estate transactions. The role includes negotiating and drafting contracts of sale, financing documents, and operating and joint venture agreements across a broad range of asset classes, such as multifamily/residential, commercial, office buildings, mixed-use properties, hotels, distressed assets, and vacant land.

Who you are:
5+ years of experience as a Transactional Real Estate Attorney
Extensive experience in real estate transactions, contract law, and negotiating complex deals
Expertise with multifamily, commercial, office, and mixed-use property transactions
NY Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Representing clients in the sale, acquisition, and financing of various asset classes
Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, financing agreements, and joint venture agreements
Conducting due diligence on real estate transactions and managing all aspects of the deal process
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to close high-value, complex transactions
