Business Analyst/Product Owner

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring that our manufacturing and distribution processes align with company goals. The right candidate will have manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience, as well as a strong background in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure successful implementation of ERP solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile practices within the team
Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Assist in training and onboarding of team members on ERP systems

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
Experience writing specification documents for software
Experience interacting with the software development team as well as the customers
Must have experience in either the manufacturing and/or the distribution industry
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards, Infor, Sage...)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Able to travel up to 20% (domestic / international)
