Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to provide strategic legal services in the personal injury and victim case space. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in civil litigation and completing cases in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil and personal injury cases in state and federal courts
- Work with clients to evaluate claims, advise on potential outcomes, and strategize for litigation
- Manage all legal documents related to civil and personal injury cases
- Analyze legal research documents pertaining to civil and personal injury
- Negotiate settlement agreements on behalf of clients
- Compose persuasive legal briefs and pleadings
- Prepare court documents, such as motions and subpoenas
- Represent clients in hearings and trials
- Appear in court as legal counsel on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Member of a state bar association with an active license to practice law
- 4+ years practicing Personal Injury Law
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
