Job Title: Estimator or Senior Estimator
Job Location: Boise, ID
Salary: $110k-$150k
Requirements: 4+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator on commercial or Multifamily projects
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established (200-person) General Contractor with a wide range of commercial and Multifamily projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Estimators to prepare detailed estimates for ground-up projects.
- Compensation: $110k-$150k + Benefits, 401k, PTO, etc.
- Stable / Reputable General Contractor with Consistent projects

- Prepare a detailed estimate by completing quantity take-offs, analysis, estimate input, and studies
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Create budgets, reports, and develop bids
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Meet bid deadlines and participate in meetings with clients
- 4+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator on commercial projects (Also open to less senior candidates)
- Estimating software
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
