Director, ERP Systems - Epicor - Manufacturing

Salary - up to $155,000 base depending on experience plus a 20% bonus

Onsite in Connecticut office or hybrid 2-3 times per week

Position Overview
The Director of ERP Systems will oversee the implementation and management of Epicor (ERP) across the organization, ensuring that they align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. This role is crucial in leading the ERP strategy, optimizing system performance, and supporting manufacturing processes through effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and implementation of Epicor to meet business needs.
Manage and optimize the performance of the Epicor, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Epicor within the manufacturing processes.
Meet with stakeholders to continually improve the ERP and Corporate System.
Create data analysis according to management requests.
Help develop/maintain data exchange and interfaces between Epicor and other corporate systems.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Epicor team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Evaluate and implement new Epicor features and updates, including Epicor Kinetic enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ERP management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP system management, with a focus on manufacturing environments and leading ERP implementations and upgrades, specifically Epicor Kinetic.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Expertise in Epicor ERP and Kinetic, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive change effectively.
