Director of Brand Marketing

Position Overview
The Director of Brand Marketing will lead our marketing strategy, overseeing brand development and execution of marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment with our business goals. We are looking for someone that has a strong background in aftermarket accessories for off-roading, automotive, boating etc. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and market share.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, informing strategic decisions.
  • Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize social media marketing strategies to engage and grow our audience.
  • Define and communicate product positioning to effectively reach target markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM efforts to increase online presence and drive traffic to brand platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Must have experience working in Automotive Brands or be an enthusiast
  • Strong background with Direct to Consumer
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
