Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Plumbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our plumbing division, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing all plumbing operations, managing a team of skilled plumbers, and driving business growth through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the plumbing division, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the plumbing business.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee project management from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team as needed.
- Travel approximately 3 days per week for 3 weeks per month (9-10 total days).
- Ability to live and work in Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Alabama.
Qualifications:
- Proven technical experience in plumbing, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in building and developing a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in plumbing.
Salary:
- $145,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience.
