Family Law Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support disputes
Draft legal documents including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes in a fair and effective manner
Appear in court to represent clients and advocate for their interests
Stay updated on changes in family law and relevant legal procedures

Qualifications

Jurisdictional licensing to practice law
JD degree from an accredited law school
At least 2 years of experience in family law
