Family Law Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support disputes
  • Draft legal documents including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes in a fair and effective manner
  • Appear in court to represent clients and advocate for their interests
  • Stay updated on changes in family law and relevant legal procedures

Qualifications

  • Jurisdictional licensing to practice law
  • JD degree from an accredited law school
  • At least 2 years of experience in family law

Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary: $135,000 - $175,000 (DOE)
