Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law and will be responsible for representing clients in various insurance defense matters. This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while handling a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant insurance laws and regulations
Prepare for and attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on complex cases
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
Manage case files and maintain accurate records in compliance with firm policies

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Strong understanding of insurance law and related regulations
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Experience in bad faith litigation, personal injury, or healthcare malpractice is a plus
