What you will be doing:

Handling labor relations matters from a provided book of business by the firm
Collective bargaining
Mediation Representation
Grievance arbitration
Representing employers in union organizing efforts
Contract negotiations
Representation before the National Labor Relations Board
Responding to Corporate camions in the union and union free environments.
Strike and related legal matters

What you will need to be successful:

At least 3 years of experience as an attorney dealing with matters involving Labor Laws
Strong negotiating skills
Excellent knowledge around National Labor Relation Laws
Some litigation experience
2-3 days in office (Hybrid work Schedule)
