We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our Concord office is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle a wide array of complex civil litigation matters including, but not limited to, business, real estate, and probate litigation. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, a great team player, has a positive attitude, and who will develop strong relationships with our large client base while providing quality and effective representation. While you will be partnered with supportive mentors, ideal candidates must be able to operate independently with limited need for supervision.

Schedule
Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.
The successful candidate will be required to make court appearances and attend meetings in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area.
We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
