Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Complex Litigation legal team. The successful candidate will assist in various legal matters, primarily focusing on litigation and courtroom procedures. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to advance their legal career.

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze legal issues and case law relevant to ongoing litigation cases.
Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Taking and defending depositions
Manage court filings and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
Attend court hearings and trials to represent clients

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensure in CA required
Plantiff experience preferred
3+ years of experience in complex litigation preferred.
Strong understanding of court procedures and filing requirements.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
