Position Overview
We are a rapidly expanding general contractor and MEP subcontractor based in Charlotte, NC, specializing in data center, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial projects across NC, SC, and VA.
We are looking for a dynamic MEP Project Manager with a proven track record in managing commercial, industrial, advanced technology, and/or infrastructure projects from start to finish. Successful candidates will have expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resources, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You should be skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mitigating risks to successfully achieve project goals. We seek individuals known for their ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget through effective planning and creative problem-solving, all while maintaining high personal and professional standards.
