Project Engineer
Position Overview
The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables, while also implementing process improvements and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engineering project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
- Utilize CAD software to create and review engineering designs and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for engineering projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solve engineering problems and challenges as they arise during the project.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and adhered to throughout the project.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in engineering projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design principles.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in process improvement and risk management.
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
