Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of sitework projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project activities while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress
Manage communication between project teams and clients
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare and present project status reports to management

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Experience in some combination of Site Clearing, Sitework, Demolition, Erosion Control, Excavation, Site Utilities, and/or Deep Foundation. (Other related experience will be considered)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
