Job Title: Remote UX Designer - $130-$175k (SaaS Logistics)
Salary: $30-$175k Base + Benefits, 401k, PTO

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with experience in:
to join our team who thrives in an early-stage, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of designing products from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our platform, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams to bring our product vision to life in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Leverage user feedback, data, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on features to improve the user experience.
Understand market trends, user needs, and competitor products to continuously inform and evolve the design strategy.
Shape the long-term design vision of our platform, ensuring it delivers value to users and contributes to disrupting an outdated industry.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web and mobile platforms.
Prior experience designing for SaaS products, ideally with a background in logistics, dispatch, or similar industries.
Proven ability to design user interfaces and experiences that solve complex problems in simple, effective ways.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to turn design concepts into functional products.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, or other design software, and proficiency in prototyping and user testing.
Experience in a startup or early-stage environment, where agility and adaptability are key.
