Residential Site Supervisor Needed Now

The Site Supervisor will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Compliance with building codes, safety and company standards
Communicate effectively with Clients, subcontractors and vendors
Inspect quality on project specifics
Resolve conflicts that may arise onsite
Maintain detailed daily logs and project documentation
Verify safety protocols are followed, conduct regular checks
An ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors Degree is preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent experience
5+ years of residential construction supervision
Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Project Management Software (BuilderTrend) a plus
Strong conflict resolution skills
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
Valid Drivers license w/reliable transportation
