We are a leading manufacturer of process gas compressors and we are continuing to grow. We are looking to add a dedicated After-Service Engineer to our team. In this role you will be supporting our clients with technical solutions, evaluations and troubleshooting our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of our equipment
- Conduct an analysis of client equipment trending for preventative maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for equipment overhaul activities. Generate reports for equipment inspection, repairs, and troubleshooting (RCA).
- Generate cost estimations for compressor work activity for review and approval
- Develop procedure and processes for After Service. Identify areas of improvement for current procedure and processes.
- Occasional travel to provide training and technical guidance (5%)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is Mechanical Engineering
- Prior experience and knowledge of installation for all types of static and rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, etc) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of site execution work for planning & scheduling of system maintenance is a plus
- Efficient computer skills for generation of technical reports for rotating equipment to include: inspections, repair procedures and reports, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, operation and maintenance manuals, processes and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a team player.
- Dependable, responsible and professional.
