Job Title: Senior Land Planner
Job Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $125k-$150k + Bonus
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience in Land planning + experience in development, commercial & residential land use.

Position Overview:
The Senior Land Planner will lead and coordinate land planning projects, ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and facilitating community engagement. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create sustainable land use plans that align with community needs and environmental considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead land planning projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform land use decisions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to develop comprehensive land use plans.
Facilitate public meetings and workshops to gather community input and communicate project goals.
Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Stay updated on industry trends, zoning laws, and environmental regulations to inform planning practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Geography, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in land planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficient in land planning principles and techniques, including zoning regulations and environmental assessments.
Experience with ArcGIS and other planning software is highly desirable.
AICP Certification is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional standards in planning.
