Job Title: Superintendent
Salary: $90k-$140k/year
Requirements: 5+ years experience - Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Retail, Institutional

We mainly focus on contracted services to the U.S. Military, U.S. Civilian Agencies and commercial customers.We are looking for a solid Superintendent to support our construction management team and provide daily operation of a job site including scheduling, production, procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment.
What You Will Be Doing
1) Oversee aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
2) Complete 4 week look ahead schedules
3) Verify subcontractors are on schedule
4) Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
5) Schedule inspections and meet with engineers, architects, and owners.
6) Verify building conforms to plans and specifications
7) Complete daily reports
8) Complete safety inspection on your project
9) Works with the Project Manager to move personnel from project to project, minimizing hiring and layoffs; is responsible for crew mixes and work assignments to manage labor costs; may terminate company craft personnel not performing according to company policies, procedures, or other job requirements
What You Need for this Position
1) 7+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent
2) Strong knowledge with construction process
3) Expereince with Microsoft Word and Excel
4) Excellent Leadership/Detailed-Oriented/Saftey Skills
