Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of new construction and major renovation projects, including scheduling and reviewing project documentation.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Partner with the Project Manager to lead project teams and monitor budget performance.
Develop, maintain, and adjust project timelines to ensure on-time completion.
Monitor project scope and manage any changes to ensure alignment with objectives.
Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide progress updates and proactively address concerns.
Uphold quality standards by ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry best practices.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site environment.
Serve as a professional representative of the company in all client and stakeholder interactions.
