Commercial Superintendent

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting and construction management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet client specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of new construction and major renovation projects, including scheduling and reviewing project documentation.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Partner with the Project Manager to lead project teams and monitor budget performance.

• Develop, maintain, and adjust project timelines to ensure on-time completion.

• Monitor project scope and manage any changes to ensure alignment with objectives.

• Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide progress updates and proactively address concerns.

• Uphold quality standards by ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry best practices.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site environment.

• Serve as a professional representative of the company in all client and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role managing construction projects valued between $500,000 and $10 million.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, including renovations, ground-up builds, and site development.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and job site safety protocols.
• CPR/First Responder certification is a plus.
• Skilled in managing both subcontracted and self-performed work.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to quality and project success.
