We are looking for a Tax Manager who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability. What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability
- Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service
- Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues
- Aid business development with clients and non-clients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects
- Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clients

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Public Accounting experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, LLCs, partnerships, high wealth individuals, consolidated, or multi-state returns and nonprofits
- Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulations
