Position Overview:
The Trial Attorney - is a senior level position within the legal department of our local law firm in Downtown Manhattan. This role is responsible for managing and leading a team of attorneys in handling a variety of real estate cases through all stages of the trial process. The Trial Attorney - Partner Level is expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in trial preparation and strategy, as well as a strong track record of successful outcomes in the courtroom.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Position has unlimited growth and income potential for the right candidate. The Revenue Sharing Plan offers a competitive compensation system to all attorneys. Every attorney at ALBPC receives one-third of the hours billed by that attorney and then collected by the firm (in addition to 20% bonuses paid to the attorney for introducing a client to the firm). The attorney will receive an annual salary paid out semimonthly. Assuming one-third of the cash revenue collected on billed time is greater than the amount of salary paid, the difference will be paid to the attorney as a bonus. The firm has no minimum hours requirement, and earning potential under the revenue sharing is unlimited.
