Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting and will play a key role in optimizing financial processes, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement based on findings.
Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with ERP software and financial management systems.
CPA or MBA is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with finance principles and practices in the commercial, defense, or aerospace sectors is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
